The website presents curated photo essays, field notes, and exhibition catalogs drawn from long-form documentary work across the Mekong Delta. Access to the public archive is free for personal viewing. Commissioned documentation, print sales, and licensing requests are handled individually and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Photographs and text published on this site remain the property of Mekong Terra Studio unless a separate license agreement states otherwise. You may view and share individual pages for non-commercial reference, provided the source is credited and the material is not altered. Downloading, republishing, or using images for commercial purposes, editorial features, or institutional campaigns requires prior written consent. Requests can be sent to info@terresdumekong.com.
When a shoot is commissioned for a heritage project, NGO, or regional publication, the specific terms are defined in a project agreement before fieldwork begins. This agreement covers the scope of coverage, delivery format, usage rights, and the timeline for final edits. Mekong Terra Studio retains the right to include commissioned work in its portfolio archive unless the agreement explicitly excludes this.
Field notes and captions are written from direct observation and interviews conducted during the documentation process. While every effort is made to present communities accurately and with respect, the archive reflects a particular moment in time and a specific editorial perspective. Details such as names, locations, and seasonal conditions may change after publication. We welcome corrections from community members and local partners.
Mekong Terra Studio provides the archive on an as-is basis for informational and cultural reference. We do not guarantee that every caption, date, or description will remain current, and we are not liable for decisions made based on the content of this site. For commissioned work, liability is limited to the value of the agreed fee, and any disputes are handled under the laws of Malaysia, where the studio is registered.
